- All changes need to be made before the order date listed in your account
Order is processing or has already shipped:
- If your order is still processing or pending shipment, reach out to us ASAP on chat or email us at email@example.com with your new address
- If you've received your tracking information already, reach out to us about rerouting to a different address (must be in the same state, however!), or you can request to hold the shipment at your carrier's local facility for pickup (they will only hold it for 5 business days!).
