Is it too late to change my shipping address?

Before next order date:

  • Manage billing and shipping addresses here in your account.
  • All changes need to be made before the order date listed in your account

Order is processing or has already shipped:

  • If your order is still processing or pending shipment, reach out to us ASAP on chat or email us at with your new address
  • If you've received your tracking information already, reach out to us about rerouting to a different address (must be in the same state, however!), or you can request to hold the shipment at your carrier's local facility for pickup (they will only hold it for 5 business days!).
