Unable to reactivate membership

UPDATE AUGUST 14th, 2018: If you have received a failed order notice, but have not been able to update your payment information and/or reactivate your membership, please reach out to us at support@wineawesomeness.com or chat with us M-F, 10AM EST.

 

If you've recently updated your credit card information, please follow these steps:

1) Navigate to 'My Memberships' tab of your account here. 

2) Click 'Update Credit Card and Shipping Addresses'

3) Check that your new credit info is set as the payment

4) Reactivate
