If you're expecting a one-time box or wine membership shipment from someone, but don't have the tracking information - please reach out to us on live chat M-F from 10-4 EST. Or email us at support@wineawesomeness.com with any order information you may have. We can get you the tracking information, as well as set up your email address for future shipping notifications.

We also highly recommend you set up a free FedEx Delivery Manager or UPS My Choice account to manage all of your deliveries. You'll be able to track your shipments and have a variety of delivery options like providing delivery instructions or holding packages at a local carrier center.
