Why is my order still pending shipment?

Orders ship within 2 to 3 business days,* excluding holidays. Pending Shipment status means we have sent your order to our fulfillment center to be packed. However, if it's been more than 3 business days there are a few reasons why this status hasn't changed.

1) There may be an issue with the address given and one of our team members has already reached out to you regarding this matter or will be in touch shortly. 

2) Part of your order may be on back order, and one of our team members has already reached out to you regarding this matter or will be in touch shortly. 

If you haven't heard from a WA team member after another day, please email support@wineawesomeness.com with your order number. 

 

*For Oklahoma and Alabama customers: Due to the way we ship to your state, your order will ship the following Friday after order date. Please allow extra time for delivery.
