Why is my order still pending shipment?

For wine:

Orders will ship within 1 to 2 business days,* excluding holidays. Pending Shipment status means we have sent your order to our fulfillment center to be packed. However, if it's been more than 3 business days there are a few reasons why this status hasn't changed.

1) There may be an issue with the address given and one of our team members has already reached out to you regarding this matter or will be in touch shortly. 

2) Part of your order may be on back order, and one of our team members has already reached out to you regarding this matter or will be in touch shortly. 

If you haven't heard from a WA team member after another day, please email support@wineawesomeness.com with your order number. 

For accessories: 

Accessories ship from different wine product vendors across the country. Because each of these vendors have different methods for shipping their products, the timeframe in which you will receive your product(s) can vary substantially depending on the vendor from which that product is being shipped. If you don’t receive tracking information for your accessories purchase within one week, please email us at support@wineawesomeness.com.

*For Oklahoma customers: Due to the way we ship to your state, orders going to Oklahoma only ship on Fridays.
