Why is my order "pending shipment"?

 

We are currently experiencing high volume, which may add an additional 1 to 2 days to ship your order. For delivery before Christmas Day, orders must be submitted on our website no later than Dec. 15th (does not apply to gift subscriptions sent via email).

Orders ship within 2 to 3 business days. Pending Shipment status means we have sent your order to our fulfillment center to be packed. However, if it's been more than 3 business days there are a few reasons why this status hasn't changed.

1) There may be an issue with the address given and one of our team members has already reached out to you regarding this matter or will be in touch shortly. 

2) Part of your order may be on backorder, and one of our team members has already reached out to you regarding this matter or will be in touch shortly. 

If you haven't heard from a WA team member after another day, please email support@wineawesomeness.com with your order number.
