Whenever you place an order on our site, it will process immediately and ship within 1 to 2 business days,* excluding holidays. It will take an extra 2 to 7 business days (depending on where you live) to arrive. If you were hoping to delay this first order, please reach out to us ASAP on chat or at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can discuss options.
If you are gifting a membership we recommend having the first shipment shipped to yourself and giving that box to the recipient in person. After the shipment, you can adjust the next order date and the shipping address for future shipments in your account settings.
If you are trying to delay a monthly membership order (not the initial order) you can do so through your account settings before your order date. If your monthly order has already placed, please reach out to us ASAP on chat or at email@example.com so we cancel the order.
