Help! Can I delay this shipment?

Whenever you place an order on our site, it will process immediately and ship within 1 to 2 business days,* excluding holidays. It will take an extra 1 to 5 business days (depending on where you live) to arrive. If you were hoping to delay a shipment, and it's during business hours (10-4 EST M-F) please chat with us and we can try to delay your shipment for you. Otherwise, you may wish to 1) cancel your processing order via your account here, and re-order at a later date or 2) have your shipment held at a FedEx/Walgreens locations for up to five business days.
