Help! Can I delay this shipment?

Whenever you place an order on our site, it will process immediately and ship within 2 to 3 business days,* excluding holidays. It will take an extra 2 to 7 business days (depending on where you live) to arrive. If you were hoping to delay a shipment, please reach out to us ASAP on chat or at so we can discuss options.

If you are trying to delay an upcoming order that has not yet processed, you can delay or skip by logging into your account and locating the manage membership tab before your order date. If your monthly order has already processed, please reach out to us ASAP on chat or at and we will attempt to cancel the order, but it may incur a $20 restock/return fee.


*An issue with an address or back-ordered product may delay the shipment of your order. If any issues occur, we will reach out to you promptly. For Oklahoma customers: Due to the way we ship to your state, orders going to Oklahoma only ship on Fridays.
