Help! I missed my delivery. What to do?

Alright, deep breath. All might not be lost!

Our shipping carriers will typically attempt delivery of your package on three consecutive business days. So, if you only missed one or two deliveries, you might be in the clear. Here's more info on UPS and FedEx failed deliveries and what you can do.

If, however, you have three 'Missed Delivery' sticky notes posted to your door, contact us ASAP (on live chat or at with your order number). If the package hasn't already been sent back to us, chances are we can get your package held at a local delivery hub for up to five business days where you can pick up your package at your convenience.

Now, if you waited too long to reach out and your box has been sent back to us already, the only option we have at that point is to reship the package, for which there will be a restocking and reshipping fee of $20. 

We highly recommend shipping to a workplace, if that is an option, and creating a FREE account with UPS My Choice or FedEx Delivery Manager to manage and keep track of all of your shipments.
