Most of the time, our WA Members just need a temporary break. Maybe you are moving apartments and want to make sure you don't miss your next Monthly Journey? Or perhaps you just have too many bottles piling up at home and need a breather? We get it!
For these customers, we HIGHLY recommend skipping (order will resume the following month) or delaying (pausing your shipments until your chosen date) in your account settings. Otherwise, by deactivating your account, you lose the following WA Member perks:
- Free shipping
- Access to our mini-magazine, thebacklabel
- Members-only private sales and deals
- All earned referral credits
- Rewards for membership milestones
Note: all changes to your account need to be submitted 24 hours in advance of your next order date. We will not be able to skip/delay/cancel your Monthly Journey delivery once it has been processed.
