What's the better option for me — to skip/delay or to cancel?

It depends on the situation, but in general, our skip and delay options are preferable for most folks.

Most of the time, our WA Members just need a temporary break. Maybe you are moving apartments and want to make sure you don't miss your next shipment? Or perhaps you just have too many bottles piling up at home and need a breather? We get it!

For these customers, we recommend skipping (order will resume the following month) or delaying (pausing your shipments until your chosen date) in your account settings. If you choose to deactivate your membership, you can always reactivate in the future!

 

Note: all changes to your account need to be submitted 24 hours in advance of your next order date. We will not be able to skip/delay/cancel a membership order once the order has been placed.
