Before monthly order date:
- Manage billing and shipping addresses here in your WA account settings
- All changes need to be made before the clock strikes midnight (EST) on your next billing day for changes to take effect
Order has already been placed/shipped:
- If your order is still processing or pending shipment, reach out to us ASAP on chat or email us at support@wineawesomeness.com
- If you've received your tracking information already, reach out to us about rerouting to a different address (must be in the same state, however!), or you can request to hold the shipment at your carrier's local facility for pickup (they will only hold it for 5 business days!). - If you are unable to make a change, reach out to us ASAP at support@wineawesomeness.com with your order number
