Orders ship out within 2 to 5 business days of order processing. Allow an additional 2-7 business days (depending on where you live) for your shipment to arrive. Monitor the expected timing of your delivery using the tracking information found in your shipping confirmation email.
If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email, and feel you should have, check your order status on your WA Account. If your order says pending shipment, see this article.
Additionally, we highly recommend you sign up for a free account with UPS or FedEx (depending on your wine carrier) to further manage and organize your shipments. UPS My Choice or FedEx Delivery Manager offer features such as: setting delivery alerts, providing delivery instructions, or holding shipments at a carrier location for five business days.

As of 8/15/15 the following changes have been made to our shipping policy. Namely, we've implemented the use of temperature-controlled trucks to move your wonderful wine from California to your destination and ensure its freshness along the way. These trucks only leave on Fridays. This will add a delay in delivery as a result.
The tracking number you receive via email won't be valid until the last mile carrier (LSO) scans in your package.
For WA members we may adjust your subscription renewal date to coincide with temperature-controlled truck pickups (expect the change to be a few days before or after your normal date). This will eliminate the delays between date of order and delivery, ensuring you get your wine in a timely manner.
