WA Members can cancel their next order by choosing to skip a month, as long as it's 24 hours before their processing date. Through the product subscriptions tab in your account, you can skip a month and resume the following month (or, if preferable, delay a shipment until a date that works for you).
If you want to cancel your monthly orders altogether, you can deactivate your membership. If you would like to cancel an order that is already pending shipment, please reach out to on live chat right away or email us at email@example.com. We may be able to cancel your order if it has not yet shipped.
