Why is my order still pending shipment?

Pending Shipment status means we have sent your order to our fulfillment center to be packed. Monday - Friday, it should take no more than 1 day to complete the order. However, if it's been more than 3 business days there are a few reasons why this status hasn't changed.

1) There may be an issue with the address given and one of our team members has already reached out to you regarding this matter or will be in touch shortly. 

2) We may be on back order or sold out* of a particular wine in your order and one of our team members has already reached out to you regarding this matter or will be in touch shortly. 

If you haven't heard from a WA team member after another day, please email support@wineawesomeness.com with your order number. 

 

*Our wine list reflects what we have available across two warehouses. Though a wine may be available on our wine list, it is possible that it is only available in one warehouse. This just means it will take some reworking on our part, and we'll be in touch about options.
