If your wine order has been delayed for any reason, an estimated ship date - once established - will be noted on your order status, which you can see by logging in to your WA account here.
In the event you don't want to wait for your order to ship, you have two options.
- Request that your order be cancelled and we'll issue a refund.
- Request that we add different wine in place of what's back ordered. We'll always replace the wine with a similar type unless you specify otherwise.
